A cold and damp Lennox Head was left behind as we headed for Tamworth. We travelled through Ballina down to Coffs Harbour. The drive to Coffs Harbour was wet with the windscreen wipers working overtime. We decided to change direction to the west towards Dorrigo and Armidale. This stretch of highway is called the Waterfall Way. We saw two waterfalls along the way which were very close to the road and running. Unfortunately there was no place to stop and enjoy the site so the view was very quickly over. The Waterfall way is very narrow and there were a few semis on the road. Its is a pretty drive but in my opinion not worth the effort.
We finished our days travel at one of the well known Country and Western haunts, Tamworth.
